As part of Igloo Products Corp., my goal was to bring new creative energy and strategic focus to a world-renowned, 70-year-old brand. We accomplished this by developing ground breaking new products across multiple categories and by utilizing true consumer insights and intelligent design from concept strategy to delivery. I had the privilege of managing and mentoring a team of 8 industrial designers, backed by 6 graphic designers and 3 packaging designers. As the liaison between 3 campuses and multiple teams, I initiated a new level of collaboration and cross-disciplinary project approach. I also served as Strategic Product Champion to internal and external stakeholders.
